I will be hosting another Finding Home Womens Retreat for women moving through grief and loss on the weekend of October 17-19th in the home you see here. It served us so beautifully before, I booked it again. For those interested, please message me and read the details below. The retreat is geared towards women who are moving through any type of grief or loss. At first glance, you may be thinking” Pass the tissues, battle wounds are about to reopen”. Not so, the weekend is about moving through grief in an empowered and inspired way; where we begin to understand how staying with our emotions as they arise, moves us towards transformation and healing. We incorporate a number of different healing modalities such as nutrition, acupuncture, naturopathic medicine, guided visual meditation, spa treatments (yes, you read that right!) nature, intuitive counseling and community. Most importantly, a container is created that allows for a safe, healing environment. If you are uncertain as to whether this retreat is for you…..go back and read some of the feedback posted. You don’t have to be any sort of person to attend, except one who is looking for new transformative ways to work with grief. PS. a side effect of this retreat seems to be laughter.
