I will be in Davao City this weekend....initially to join the Phoenix 70K ultra marathon. But coming from Mt. Banahaw 360 ultra with only a week interval, I dont think I can still do the 70K. My blisters are okey now (thanks to advice from fellow runners on how to go about it). Though I have already reported for work today, both my legs are still a bit swollen. Yesterday while on sick leave, I occasionally raise my legs when im in bed. I think I still need to rest (or my Mom will shoot....hehe) for my upcoming races so....good luck to all runners joining the 70K in Davao City this weekend. I will just stay at Marco Polo Hotel for my needed rest....go swimming, then shopping. How about a crate of pomelo for you Mom Flordeliz Villanueva?...I will just take a break there Mom....
