I will be posting a few exercise from my workout today and I will be explaining what im doing and why. First up is the squat, Im sure many people tend to feel a burning sensation when squatting and just assume that is part of squatting. Well that is incorrect you should feel no back burning sensation while squatting. Keys to notice is before i start to squat I set my pelvis forward and allow my adductor muscles to stabilize my femur on the descending portion of the movement and my quads. Notice my back is straight and im upright now you will see at the bottom of the movement my glutes and hamstrings will blast me out of the hole putting no stress on my back. Also the weights im using in this video is my workout weight the only thing modified is reps I typically do 20 to 30 reps. Prestigenutritionandfitness
