I will have more to say, in expressing my joy and appreciation for all of the Hantz Group employees and volunteers who made yesterdays tree planting success possible, in coming days. For now I want my gratitude to be part of the public record. 15,000 trees properly planted and mulched in two hours... incredible! Special thanks to Carhartt, Greenstone Farm Credit Services, Agribank, and Alta Equipment for bringing large groups of volunteers to round out the masses. It was great to see so many neighbors from the community where our work takes place. Engels Nursery, from Fennville Michigan, sold us top-notch trees. We will order our trees for next years event from Engells. For now, final thanks to Keith Alexandar, his family, and to other experienced tree planters who assisted Hantz Group team leaders in making sure that volunteers properly placed the trees into the soil.
