I will hold your hand, if you hold mine, Hope youve all had a lovely time! but now its over and we are thinking ahead, of those extra pounds you just want to shed! So today its not Christmas nor Boxing Day, So theres no excuses to get in your way. Make today count and get back on plan, Believe you can do it, I know that you can! Then on Tuesday, just in great time before the New Year, I will give you your NEW packs and you will all cheer!
