I will move out of this apartment on 19 December and am helping the landlord looking for a new tenant. The apartment is in 2nd row of Nanjing East Road therefore quiet but in central location. Walking time to Taipei Arena is around 5 minutes. Restaurants, convenience stores all very close. The apartment is furnished with a double bed, small kitchen with fridge, cupboard for clothes, big sleeping couch for 2 guests (must be bought [NT5000]), TV, A/C, own washing machine on balcony etc. The flat was fully renovated and all of the furniture newly bought in June 2014. The landlord speaks English and is very nice. Landlord is looking for tenant staying minimum 1 year. In approx. 3 minutes walking distance there is the bus station Nanjing Nangan Section, a new MRT line (stop Taipei Arena) will be opened in December is also very close. Not sure about the exact size of flat but would estimate 12-13 pings (around 40sqm). Its a very spacious apartment with a Western bathroom. Monthly rent is NT 22,000 deposit 2 months rent.
