I will never be one of the cool kids. I will always stand by my love for nerdy things. I spazz over Star Wars. I could talk for hours about Doctor Who. Im one of the few who caught em all (including Mew) during the Google Maps April Fools Day Pokemon Prank. I get overexcited at the mere mention of Harry Potter or the next X-Men movie. Id rather stay in and read the next Heroes of Olympus book than go out and party (and dont you DARE interrupt me until I finish it!). Discovery Channel documentaries interest me more than the drama on The Bad Girls Club, and I secretly wish theyd create a show called The Good Girls Club in which the members would all sit around and discuss their favorite books and eat cupcakes. I could spend an entire day in Barnes and Noble, even though the thought of spending 2 hours shopping exhausts me. Netflix has become one of my best friends, and shows like Sherlock, Dexter, and Being Human have sucked me into their fandoms. I will never be a cool kid, and Im finally at that point in my life where that doesnt matter to me. I have so much more fun embracing my nerdiness. :)
