I will never forget my first flu shot. The media was hyping how bad the flu was that year, how many people were going to die and how you HAD to have your flu shot. So, I got one. First one EVER. That was 10 years ago. Within 24 hours, I could not stand, eat or even focus. I have never been that sick ever in my life. I thought I would die. All my medical professional friends said it wasnt the shot that did it. All I know is, Ive never been that sick and will never get another flu shot. Are flu shots worth it in your opinion?
