I will never understand why people continue to breed dogs with allergies. The excuse its the environment that triggers it or you wouldnt stop humans breeding with allergies is no excuse and just seems to be a get out clause for breeders. I see to many especially bulldog owners having to pay out terrible vet bills to try and make their dogs more comfortable but nothing is done by the breeder of that dog. OK the environment can trigger and allergy but the immune system is defective to start with to result in that environmental stimuli to cause the issue in the first place. At what point does a breeder not breed a dog due to an allergy as at the moment it just seems to be forgotten about or ignored.
