I will no longer listen to WOOD Radio I have been a listener and caller to WOOD Radio since The Rick and Scott Show. Rick was an inviting host with callers even if he didnt agree. WOOD Radio has made a turn for the worst. I have been giving the show hosted by Justin Puddin Barclay a try, however I have been on hold a few time for as long as 50 minutes. The worst part is when I call about a topic and I dont agree with Justin Puddin Barclay, I have been hung up. This happened again yesterday when Justin asked me if I would vote for a previous caller. I said I wouldnt and well as Barclay due to their thoughts on foreign policy. I even referenced the problem with 80s humanitarian project USA for Africa, that with all good intentions to get food to the starving in Ethiopia, the food actually sat in a warehouse rotting or was given to govt soldiers. Justin chose to hang up on me. I called General Manager Tim Feagan to discuss this issue and I did not get a return call. It shows me WOOD Radio doesnt care about its listener. I am big on local and live news but I will now listen to IHeart Radio for Beck, Limbaugh and Hannity... The problem is I love The The Lawyers Show... I might have to make an exception for their show. I am sad for my decision not to support WOOD Radio anymore. I believe in encouraging critical thinking and customer service. Thank you for letting me discuss my sadness...
