I will not give up, I will not give in... I will fight, fight , fight until the very end Email sent to CNN Censorship of news in Louisville, KY. Two nurses face eviction after they were secondary victims in the stealing, washing and forging of rental money orders crime ring. We are truly a David vs. Goliath situation. Several emails, and letters have been sent to all the news channels, and even the Courier Journal, but when you are the little man facing off against a well know company (Noltemeyer)which owns numerous properties, sits on the Chamber of Commerce, and has high priced attorneys who really cares about you or your fight. We both have been denied our refunds from the companies which we purchased our money orders. We have been treated as if we are the criminals, harassed, threatened, intimidated and now being retaliated against by this company and the office staff at Hillview Woods apartment complex, because we exercised our rights as a United States Citizens . They have denied, lied and withheld important information in this case. Monday, November 18, 2013, @ 0900 we face off against Goliath(Noltemeyer) in Jefferson County Court rooms 308 & 309. We have stood strong and refuse to be treated in this manner. We understand we face an up hill battle as this multimillion dollar company refuses to show that they care about their tenants that have also been a victim. They feel we are responsible for their rental drop boxes safety and it is one of the most unsecured rental drop boxes I have seen; which before this incidence I would have never given it a second thought. Where does the average Joe go when facing this type of battle. That would be to the media; as numerous of similar reports found on the internet show that the local news channels stepped in and reported the story which in turn the companies backed down from the eviction process. We are not just fighting for our rights, but the rights of so many other victims, all we want is to be heard, but in our city money talks. The criminals if caught, spend less than twenty-four hours in jail, face a maximum of four years in prison; as we the victims’ have to endure the true suffering from their criminal activity. If we lose our case it will demonstrate how unfair our judicial system is here in Louisville, KY. The message that will be sent is that crime really does pay. All money orders were cashed in either Florida, or Texas, so now this case has been turned over to the USSS. Hell Maybe Ellen will have us on her show
