I will not implement the technology-based instruction of the - TopicsExpress

I will not implement the technology-based instruction of the school as my protest against my school (#CONGRESSIONALNATIONALHIGHSCHOOL ) which always discriminated me. I know that they know that if ever I willl do it, I always make sure that I wil do my very best. NAKAKAINIS NA! They are always asking me to do this and yet they are not eager and/or only have me at the least in their mind when a new technology is introduced. And in the future, I will remove that from my KRAs. When I wrote my objectives of my KRA, I only wrote, implement technology in my teaching by integrating a PowerPoint Lesson and Digital Classroom which I already have in another account on Facebook. When I passed my RPMS draft, they asked me to include their introduced ICT programs (Moodle, Intel-Teach, WebQuest, etc.) for the reason, that I should use and patronize their own ICT programs. Out of obedience, I did but realized it now, I was discriminated again (how many times?). I attended an ICT program in which students will use Tablet on one Saturday which is not paid as per the rules of CIvil Service. All the while, I did not know that they have already chosen one teacher. (With due apologies to Mrs. Vivian Garcia, my fellow Grade 8 Science Teacher). I came there in good faith, because among us teachers, I know a little more in computer, I was eagerly hoping that I will be chosen. It was frustrating that they have chosen my co-teacher instead of me. AGAIN! They hid the truth to me, if I only knew it before, I will not attend on that Saturday. Eh kasi nganga lang ako doon, They have done this to me so many times before: 1. When Jessica Soho visited the school to interview one Tae-Kwon-Do athlete-student, I was assigned immediately to substitute for a teacher at the last classroom, at the back of the campus, that I cannot personally see (talk) to Miss Jessica. What was the discrimination in this, you may ask, well, they were not giving me substitutions before, because a substitution means service credit. That was a surprise to me - when they gave me a substitution; realizing later that because Miss Jessica Soho will visit the school. 2. Brother Armin visited Dasmariñas, and since our school houses the Division Office, I was expecting that he will visit us. I was prepared to get the chance to talk to him and with me were my letters to DepEd. This is my one chance to talk to him. What happened? My class was morning and my off was 3:00 PM, I stayed until 6:00 PM to await the visit of Bro. Armin A. Luistro but he did not show. Impossible for him not to visit the school but I knew that they made him busy visiting other schools and while Brother Armins time so that he can no longer visit the school. Ang galing, good scheming, planned tactic... 3. The Regional Office will visit us and would randomly visit the teachers classroom to observe, they asked us to prepare. I was prepared and wishing that I will be visited so I can talk to them. My goodness, the day came and again they have chosen two teachers that are close to them. I was so furious and I openly criticized them, akala ko ba, random eh bakit biglang may napili? They cannot answer me. 4. And now, before, they said that those students who will use tablet wiould be Grade 9 then suddenly became Grade 8. I was so excited because I thought all Grade 8 students. But to my dismay, only few Grade 8 students and that they have already chosen. Why dont they have the decency to tell me so I will not attend anymore and use my Saturday as my rest day. They know me, when I say NO I really mean it. I will not use their introduced technology to me. They cannot force me because of my academic freedom, I can choose what teaching technique I will use in the belief that this will help my students. I felt being used... and I hated it.
