I will not presume to know Gods will. But I will hold fast to the promises He has made. He remans faithful when I am not. For He can not deny Himself. He can not deny His own presence that lives with in me. As I call upon Him in the night and throughout the day I can pray His words, I can call on His promises. The blessed truths, life giving truths I can bring before The Lord in my prayers. As if He The Lord needs to be reminded. He does not. He desire to hear your heart, to see it be molded and shaped to match His own. Heartfelt prayer has a way of forming your heart to match His. Pray when you feel not, talk to Him until your do feel like it. Take His words and bring them before Him and let you heart be content to say as Jesus did before He was to be crucified Not my will but your will be done Trouble in my heart I brought this prayer to my Lord. Guess what He did. He gave me peace. In not knowing the details of the outcome He gave peace. I do know the outcome. The outcome is this. God will be glorified. Humble prayer is one that receive more and great peace and joy. If I got what I really wanted, it could not be, could not be better then the perfect God has planed. So many seek peace in ALL the wrong places. In relationships, in activities, in entertainment, personal pleasure and the list goes on. But what about the one who formed you and offered Himself up for you as a servant, a savior. If there is belief in your mind, you can say the words that resembles faith take the step of faith, follow it to actions. Fully give you life to Him. Everything and hold nothing back for yourself. In that surrender, you will have all and everything you truly need. I mean trial will not cease and pain will not disappear, but you will be okay with it. You will have strength through all. That is true peace. Blessed in so many ways.
