I will probably get shot down for this esp coming onto your group but heres my views, It shows that you cant buy the league but Terry Brown will get it right but it may take a season or two. Remember it took him I think 2 seasons to get AFC Wimbledon out of the ryman premier and that was with a load of highly paid players.They need to gel and get to know each other. Maybe your players should of been all put on the same wages as its only human nature to question why someone is on say £500 more than you even though say you was earning £1500 a week. Another example of money not buying leagues is when we (ramsgate) won the kent league then straight away won the ryman south it was with players that had grew up together and played for the same teams for years before (ie Vahids, shulzs etc) it was great to watch. These players got us to the first round of the fa cup. They all knew exactly what each player would do with the ball and where they would run to etc. What ruined it for us was when we started adding players from London who was earning more than our local players. It was the beginning of the end for us.Those good days are long gone for us. So be patient Terry will get you there but it might not be this year. I will await the abuse lol. Good luck.
