He made a deal with the terrorist state of Iran to keep the hostages until after the election. In return he sold the Ayatollah munitions of war. And then he took the proceeds to fund an illegal war in Nicaragua where the people he funded raped and murdered nuns and massacred women and children and churches. On the domestic front, he literally destroyed this country. He hollowed out the middle class. He turned us from the biggest creditor nation on earth to the biggest debtor nation on earth. He took a national debt that was under ONE trillion dollars (at the end of the Carter administration), a national debt that had taken us 200 years to accumulate, and tripled it. And after 12 years of his public policy we were is a giant mess. So a no name Bill Clinton got elected on the slogan its the economy stupid. Reagan was a national disaster. And anybody who pimps him like this idiot Republican is an enemy of middle class, a corporatist, oligarch fluffer, and an individual obviously not concerned with the success of the country.
