I wish I could completely describe in words what being involved in this company is like. Its just one of those things that you can talk about all day long, but until you experience it, you really have no idea. People who have been watching me for nearly two years now and who are joining us are finally understanding where our passion and excitement come from. This is not a job, its an experience. It challenges me to be a better me. It has brought out gifts and things in me that I knew was in there yet seemed trapped for whatever reason. It has made me care about other people even more deeply than I did before. And I have never felt so loved ever. We are misunderstood by many but thats ok. I know in my heart as do all of our IW family that what we have is different than the norm and that we are changing culture. Change is good. We need change right? I mean we know that what the healthcare system has evolved into is not a good thing. We know that the American population for the most part is unhealthy. We know that pharmaceuticals are being over prescribed and that one drug brings on the need for 2 and 3 more. We know that our food supply is loaded with GMOs and is slowly killing us. We know that people are struggling to make ends meet. We know that debt has become a way of life and its crippling our population. We know that are families are falling a part because nobody is raising our children because they are here, there and everywhere but home with mom and dad. We are going against the grain. And thats a grain that most people dislike in the first place. But nonetheless, change brings about fear, confusion and misunderstanding. And thats ok. In my old job I was a change missionary. Yes the business sector has a name for people like me who embrace change and drive it home through the organization. Change missionaries are those committed individuals that are willing to step away from the status quo and place additional effort behind a cause. They are driven by a belief that there cause is correct and the outcome will better serve the organization. So if you are one of those people who think weve all drank the Kool-aid and weve gone off the deep end, maybe you should ask yourself, are you one of those people who resists change? Because most of the time change is good. It improves our situation. The only way to fix a problem or a difficulty is to implement a change. Or maybe you one of those who just sits back and complains about the shape our nation is in? Are you someone who is open to new ideas and ways to help bring about solutions to fix a broken system. It Works Global is addressing all of the issues I discussed above. A movement has begun. You see it all around and many are complaining about it because of that fear of change. Thats how we know that we are on the right track and the movement is about to be in full swing. You can either keep complaining about it and resist it, or you can embrace it and support and encourage the change missionaries that are trudging through the friction to bring about change. Its your choice. Or better yet, join us and experience this amazing journey with us. The pay is good, the friendships are amazing, we have a lot of fun doing it and I guarantee you, you will never be the same!
