I wish I could convey to you how many requests I receive to post various fundraising efforts. Unfortunately, in this day and age, ANYONE can set up a Gofundme and start asking for money. I simply cannot and do not have the time to independently verify that each and every one sent my way is legitimate...and for that reason, I dont feel comfortable sharing those links on my social media sites. Not to mention, the sheer number I get? My page would be nothing but links to fundraising efforts. If I *do* post something, it is because it is something I can easily verify because it is someone I know, or for a cause I have long supported and know for a fact is on the level and is near and dear to ME. I am so, so sorry to have to institute this on my pages, but in recent weeks it just seems like these requests have ramped up and Ive even had a few people berate me privately when I didnt respond to their requests to post links. For all of you trying to get by, I feel for you. Ive been there, trust me. Please know my good thoughts are with you and I wish you nothing but the best. xoxo ~a
