I wish I could reach out to my evangelical Christian friends. I am appalled when the representatives go overseas and create spectacles of Christianity and deliberately mislead a curious population who comes to be entertained and gets converted. Currently their shameful antics are being played across the Taiwan media. Filled with the mystical side of evangelic fringes that like to faint pretending its gods touch, speaking in tongues, etc. Instead of meeting the communities needs in basics, even to teach the basic of Bible study; they dictate rather than teach and that takes away the most cherished Christian teaching of free choice, to choose by educated study and sincere belief rather than being pressured through a sales pitch. Some of the rudest people I have met are the newly converted asians, they are mean... some have killed, even whole villages or family groups were wiped out because dissent was created and it was decided that to kill was a better option than letting people decide on their own. Shame, shame! you took the beautiful religion of Christianity and threw it in the toilet for dollars and numbers. What a slap in the face to all the faithful and the honored Christ and generations of pastors and devotions of the priests and nuns. I saw this play out in China, saw it in Africa, saw it in history books where ever they go, they cause chaos like this. So much blood on their hands, such awful results!
