I wish I could talk more about the upcoming redistricting, but its going to take me a while to even try to understand the tiny charts. As of yesterday, the ONLY place you can find them is hidden in the 01/14/2014 Board Meeting Agenda. Important pieces: p163-240 2013 Enrollment, Demographics, and Class Size Report p241-275 11/26/2013 Enrollment Projections p276-280 Attendance Zone Phasing Plan/Diversity Policy Compliance Plan (and tiny little maps and spreadsheets that are barely legible. They dont even have anything on the website yet about when they will explain these things and none, none, none of the papers have even tried. The districts site is weird about posted links so I will describe where to find the above and try to post a link too. Almost anything you cant find is usually hidden, buried in agendas instead of as visible links on their website: 1-Go to the districts home page at iowacityschools.org/pages/ICCSD 2-once it loads, along the blue banner at top click on the link that says Board of Education 3-On the right side click Board of Education Agenda 4-This is gold....click on School Board Meeting Agendas 5-Click on 2013-2014 School Year Board Agendas 6-Click on the agenda for 01/14/2014
