I wish I had a better video to show, but there was so much sweat on the barbell that it kept sliding, but this is one exercise of how I train grip and arm strength, a friend questioned me that I was missing a core strength movement by not doing a typical beach boy arm workout (Barbell Curls, Dumbbell Curls etc). I said I train enough compound exercisers training for function that the only arm exercises I do must have a fighting crossover. Hence why I use the Orangahang Grip trainers. For my friends who lift for fun then Curls Get The Girls workouts are fine, but after a double tear in my right and a torn elbow in my left biceps I train for function. Training your neck is vital for Grappling
