I wish I had better news for you guys, and some better photos, but these will have to suffice after our rough week in Sturgis at The Legendary Buffalo Chip. I christened the new track built in the Black Hills of South Dakota with a front flip and its first hospital victim. The main table top was dangerously bucking all the drivers and I unfortunately caught the nose and totaled my truck in Mondays practice. In the process I also broke the 3rd link which went through a protective plate, a weld, AND my seat for the ultimate kidney punch and worst dead leg in the history of man kind. Lucky for me it was not 2 inches to the left or 2 inches deeper or I would be writing this from a wheel chair, or no longer with you all together. I am truly blessed to walk away from this freak incident with only a fractured illiim and a bent up race truck. We will be back for the last race of the season in TORC: The Off Road Championship Series at the Big House in Crandon for the grand finale! I look forward to competing for the box and building great momentum moving into the 2015 season! Thank you all for your love, well wishes, and prayers for me during my injury. They have been so uplifting and I cant wait to make my triumphant return!
