I wish I were a Child again I wish I were a Child again and live in a world where there is no pain... I wish I were a Child once more and be the one that you care for.. I want to run and not walk slow I want the happiness of long ago.. I want to be a child without cares or sorrow enjoying today... not worrying about tomorrow. I want to be rid of that frown on my brow I want a big smile...I want it now I am a child deep in my heart... I want to leave all this behind and have a new start My soul is getting old and my hands shake... I think that God must have made a mistake I really dont think this is how it was supposed to be. Now that I am nearing the end of this long journey! I want you to sit by me and tell me you love me, hold me and kiss me and set my soul free.... I wish I could be a Child again and have you always right here with me! I wish I were a Child again.....
