I wish each of these emails was individually read, but I cant imagine that they are. Below are the thoughts that I added to the generic letter from ForestEthics, before forwarding to wherever it ends up. Changing park boundaries to accommodate the needs of a government, corporation or individual is defeating the purpose of protection! If you arent protecting something, you will eventually destroy it by changing the rules to accommodate your needs over the needs of those that the the rules were made for! It is the beginning of the end for Provincial and National Parks if their borders only exist until a government wants to change them in order to generate cash! Money is NOT everything, and I FOR ONE DO NOT BELIEVE THAT CONTINUED GROWTH IN INDUSTRY AND ECONOMY IS NECESSARY! STAGNANT IS GOOD! WHEN DOES IT ALL END?? THE WHOLE IDEA OF CONTINUUED GROWTH BEING A GOAL IS WRONG, in my humble opinion! Now, here is the rest of the letter generated by ForestEthics, which I totally agree with. Please show your agreement by signing. What else can we do?? I have never voted Conservative or Liberal, and I never will!!
