I wish something would go out to the residents of shadow ridge regarding the shoulder of West bound 91st at the entrance to our addition. This is not a turn lane. Its the only path walkers, joggers etc can use to travel east out of the neighborhood. Ive tried working with the City of Tulsa about this but not until someone becomes a statistic will it be looked at. Twice in the last month Ive about become that statistic, once in my truck and once on my motorcycle by people driving on the shoulder. I hope Im wrong but a jogger will be ran over by those who cant wait for the light to turn green. If Im hit by someone taking off the right side of my vehicle or hit while on the bike..... well lets say its not a turn lane!
