This article is no more than an attempt to bribe by proxy What the No campaign dont seem to get is a simple concept, and that is, to counter the independence argument they must first come up with a rock solid reason for Scotland to stay in the Union. I would say they havent produced one because there are none. So there answer is to float this dross (I refer to the proposal mooted in the article) past the Scottish People. If they honestly think that MORE DEVOLVED POWERS, is the answer then why not FULL INDEPENDENCE? I find it an INSULT to my intelligence that the coalition of parties in the no campaign think it reasonable to say, you can have this power, but you cant have that power because that power is too important for you to deal with! Remember, during the negotiations around the Edinburgh agreement it was the No side that took DEVO MAX off the agenda. Now because what they thought was going to be a walk in the park, has now turned into a life threatening trek through Scottish mountainous terrain, they want to offer more powers! A BRIBE!!!! The Treaty of Union 1707 was only achieved through BRIBERY,AND ONCE AGAIN THE SAME TACTICS ARE EMPLOYED.
