I wish there was smellevision or smelleFacebook so you could experience just.how.good.this.smells. My first attempt at cooking oxtail. I made it yesterday and then refrigerated it overnight so the flavors could meld (thats my favorite cooking tip, by the way.) I love how much it jelled up! Collagen, anyone? I also dont like plastic wrap touching our food, especially if the food is warm, so I put a piece of unbleached parchment paper over the top first.
