I wish this was the kind of video you could find joy over. Unfortunately, it is not. And the sad part is the fate Sandy suffered was at the hands of a trainer located in southern CA. Cate Sachs owner of Shelter Dogs To Dream Dogs took Sandy in to train. She shared videos and pics showing how he was improving. But then the story gets weird. Cate says he injured himself one day and no vet would touch him. But there ARE vets who are qualified and competent to handle aggressive or finicky dogs. So Cate took Sandy and KILLED HIM. But to make matters worse.. CATE TOOK HIM TO THE SHELTER TO BE KILLED! Not to a vet to do it humanly and with some compassion. But instead Cate Sachs took him to a shelter, where there is lots of noise, commotion, dogs being surrendered, where dogs sense fear and death, and she had him KILLED!! Question now is where is Sandys body? Did she allow them to toss his body out back into the drums? What horrible fate for a dog who was just rescued from a shelter. But the other question that Cate has not answered is what measures were taken to provide other options for Sandy? Did she reach out to other rescues or trainers? She didnt contact the Lucky Pup Dog Rescue of San Diego. What she did do, is contact the foster. Why would you contact the foster for something so serious as this? Watch the video. Then share this trainer so NO ONE EVER makes the same mistake of trusting this woman again.
