I woke up at 4 am this morning with extreme lower back pain; not able to return to sleep. My first thought was to wait and call a doctor once they open. Then I started to think about stories I have heard of people being healed overseas. And that I believe God is even going to perform miracles and healing while my school is on Outreach in the Philippines. If he does it all the time in third world countries why not right here in the USA... Is it because we have skilled doctors, and can afford general healthcare needs? Or is it more of a faith issue? A lack of faith. I know the christian saying: prayer is powerful. However, in the midst of a difficult time or extreme pain, its the last thing I typically go to. So I ask that you join me and pray for my back, as I put more and more faith into prayer and the power it has. As well as bringing any problem I have to God; First!
