I woke up literally coughing and choking in part feeling I had swallowed water in my sleep. It wasnt pleasant but did bring me out of some unpleasant dreams I had. They were dreams of conflicting people, and making it harder, people I consider friends. Friends who go out of their way to help others on both ends of the spectrum. I know not all believe in God as I do, and I cannot make all understand as I do... but on a day such as this which is representative of a day of resurrection (Easter aside from Bunny Rabbits and hunting eggs) is about overcoming death, overcoming evil. Its about a cleansing of our mistakes as human beings and being forgiven. If you want to put a moral to the story that both believers and non-believers can both understand, in this life we are given a chance to start over on a clean slate despite human error, mistake and human emotion. I know I cant fix every problem, make people like each other, or always get along. But all I can do in certain times is hope and pray for the best and to always give my respect and honor to the God I personally believe in, but also to my friends who have helped others and made sacrifices of selflessness out of the kindness of their hearts also. I know there is goodness in every individual, and I am again thankful for this goodness whether youve helped me with my vehicles before, opened up your space and tools for me and so many others to use, lent someone a hand on the side of the road or trail, donated to a cause or whatever has been done.
