I woke up this morning and had to pay my cable bill. It was disturbing that my cable and Internet bill was $163 after taxes and everything. So I went on Charters site as if I was a new customer. What I have plus phone and premium channels was about $50 less that what I pay for cable with no premium channels and Internet. So I called them. At first they said that they couldnt do anything. Then they transferred me to a lady who gave me premium channels (HBO, Showtime, Cinemax) and my bill is $20 less. Said they couldnt give me the new customer price though. Cable is the biggest ripoff but some of what I do watch is on cable. I think Im just going to cancel it altogether though. Decisions. Decisions...
