I woke up this morning feeling GREAT and I want to CELEBRATE so I decided to write this down: Once upon a time, I met this guy and in the process of getting to know each other, I found out that his birthday is on 2nd of August (which is today) and he told me that he has a younger sister who was born exactly four years after him. And then I told him, hey, what are the odds, because my sister was also born on the 2nd of August! And instantly I knew that I was getting closer to an awesome person with one awesome sister because I know how awesome my little sister is. Even though my little sister is a little bit cuckoo. :D Happy birthday to these three awesome people: My husband, Abdelrahman Khairy; my sister-in-law, Menna Khairy (welcome to the 20s!) and my cuckoo sister Shakiera Effendy. I am so proud to call you family. May Allah SWT bless you with goodness and place you among the people He loves! Ameen. :)
