I woke up this morning with the song I am about to quote below pounding in my head even though I have not heard it in ages...and it been pounding in my head all day.. this has got to be a personal message from to Cosmos.. I do not have women problems so dont go there.. I do have legal problems though, I am still locked in a fierce battle to be free of the judicial system.. I am still fighting to be free, I was convicted to serve 1 year in prison with 5 years probation from and after the one year and to wear a GPS for 5 years because the weasel attorneys for the banks are claim they are afraid that I will come and kill. They want to know when I am near them, but 3 weeks after the conviction, on May 21, 2014, I discovered that the court that convicted me did not have jurisdiction to do so, so I demanded that they vacate and dismiss the conviction.. The judge , who is black like me, pretended that she did not know the court did not have jurisdiction, but she threw out the conviction and dismissed the charge against me, but instead of releasing me the demon resentenced me to serve two years on another charge.. I fought tooth and nails on my own to get a stay of execution of the sentence and release from unlawful restrain pending my appeal to Appeals Court of the conviction, I got denied twice, Once by the Supreme Judicial Court and once by the trial court. But I kept fighting then finally the second judge who denied me had a conscience and a change of heart and so he stopped the illegal sentence and ordered my immediate release from jail on December 18th 2014,because the sentence was unconstitutional. So technically I am still convicted, pending my appeal, but they released me because the judge also did not have the authority to increase my sentence from one year to two years, that was a violation of the Fifth amendment right against double jeopardy, if a judge sentence you to serve probation, she cannot change her mind and increase the probation to jail time unless you violate the probation.. My only violation was in discovering that she did not have the jurisdiction to convict me in her court room in the first place.. But check this out, right after she resentenced me and violated my constitutional rights the judge and her clerk retired even though she was not even near the retiring age. I guess the banksters and their weasel attorneys paid them off to get out of town so that they would not have to correct my sentence and release me.. Judges do not normally retire at an early age, but the fact that the clerk who wrote the sentence the judge dictated ordering that I serve two years retired also is so strange.. no one want to have to justify why they convicted me without authority to do so, or why they resentenced me to an even harsher punishment because i discovered their fraud, so they ran for the hills, possible with their pockets full of bribe money from the banks and their weasels, Anyway, here is the lyrics by Wilson Phillips which I woke up to this morning I know there is pain (I know there is pain, I know there is pain (echo)) Why do lock yourself up in these chains?
