I woke up to my alarm at 5:40 AM. I laid in bed for 30 minutes and thought about whether I wanted to deal with the pouring rain or not. There wasnt much for me to do in research, and I had full clicker participation in Physio. The urge to stay home and sleep in was strong ... but I remembered that my postdoc and I were going to talk about our work. I got up, drove to school while fearing for my life, parked, and walked in the rain for 10 minutes to get to my lab. Then, I got a text from my postdoc saying that the rain was too heavy and that she didnt have an umbrella. The result: Shes not coming into lab until after I leave .___.
