I woke up to this message from a #360XBT member this morning who visited from Germany...what a beautiful way to start the day donyou think Chris Walsh? i am sitting at home again, back with my fantastic kids and husband, eating essene bread that i brought with and telling martin all about what i saw at 360 and who i met. it was such a great experience. i can safely say that meeting Carl and Yolande and Daniyal Maneveld and ALL THE OTHERS was the kickstart to what is going to be a very active season 5. doing that hour at the gym with #360XBT on saturday was, for me, life changing. it was the first time i could actually prove to myself that i CAN do it, i can run, i can lift, i can battlerope. i can be a beast. today, after arriving home after travelling for 16 hours i got on my bike, hitched the trailer on and went for a ride with the family. tomorrow, as the kids have the day off school, we are going for a run in the forrest to break in mamas new trail shoes (with a salute to Jacques Conradie!) if you guys can get down and dirty and just do it, so can I. so I am. thank you.
