I woke up with headache. Dont know y that happens sometimes. I slept good and I was looking forward to today. Maybe a bit of a hangover but I barely had 1 drink. So dont know. Anyway I cant take anything because I had do a fast blood draw this morning. So no pill no coffee no food so 4 hours later pretty good one. I get home get coffee food & take excedrin. Seems excedrin might been wrong choice and not workin. So I get stay home while my boys go play trying at least keep the headache a headache & not a migraine. Which alone stresses me out. They have nvr been here when I had migraine. I know odds are eventually it will happen but 2 active boys arent best cure for migraine. People dont get it & maybe thats why I understand some of Sebastians limitations so well. I prefer intimate settings because crowds/noise can trigger a migraine. Just like it triggers his anxiety. I can leave, I can express my discomfort & he cant & that frustration comes out in a fight. But people never stop think about situations. You expect people to conform to you because its the norm but wont make effort to c the difference. Im not anti-social but because Im not feeling multiple people huge gatherings Im one left out. Appreciate not only do I need to be in smaller setting I rather be in smaller setting. People dont connect in the masses. So send a text I hate phone it actually bugs me press something to my head. Be okay that I cant go to your huge affair & make effort to be 1 on 1 because ya know what I might woke up for no damn reason w a pain Ive lived w for long time & might just be trying to function. Im tired feeling bad for something I cant control I am who I am you are who you are & I sick of conforming to you if you wont make effort Im done making one!
