I wonder, Is it right to go by the Premise that the stray dogs have brutally satiated on the dear lady??? Has someone actually been a Witness to the same unfortunate event??? I mean, what if the dogs were only there to grab a handful of what was remaining after the unspeakable work of a Savage, be it a beast or a human. Rather than accepting blind hypothesis, why not we persuade the authorities to investigate into the matter in a much rational way. And by rationale I should not mean slaughter of any kind. Post mortem or forensic inquiry seems a far fetched end, however appropriate. But believing a hearsay is like living in ignorance, I wonder!!! May the dear ladys soul be blessed.
