I wonder if I am the only one constantly coming up with ill-concived ideas on how to improve his station in life. Im not talking about get rich quick or play the stock market kind of things. Im talking about things like get a van, do some habitat for humanity to shake the rust off, and start doing drywall and paint on the side or blow money I would never have and go back to school for a degree that does not assure a job. Its annoying since in theory these are reasonable things to try, but on the other side of the coin I am pretty sure they would not work. Im curious if other people ever go though the same thing. I mean we all have our delusions of grandeur and daydreams. Even those lucky enough to do what they want in life can go off on a mental tangent. It just feels oddly childish considering these things seriously because the truth is that life is always more complicated and for me at least personality problems and flaws always seem to get in the way without my noticing or planning for them. I donno maybe Im just odd.
