I wonder into the elvish library of Lord Elronds personal space. Usually he allows no one to go in here but for some reason unknown he let me. I put this off for far too long. The sun was already beginning to set and I was overwhelmed with fatigue. I grabbed parchment and a quill and set to work on my letters. Each one a plea for aid, for all the races of Middle-Earth to join together to defeat the oncoming darkness, and protect its land as I travel to the Valar. I finish the writing and seal them all in letters. Finally,I catch my breath in this chair that I sat. There you are! A voice appeared from nowhere it seemed. I jumped up out of surprise knocking the ink to the floor, spilling it. I did not mean to scare you,Eli. It was Turon,laughing at the incident. Well you did! I shouted at him as I looked for a rag to get it up with. He continued laughingI will apologize for this then. He ripped a piece of cloth from his clothes.Here let me get it up. I stood there and watched as he used the makeshift rag to clean up this mess. He looked at me while he cleaned,meeting my eyes for a moments pass,then I averted my gaze. My heart was racing again,why? Have I not grown accustomed to being in his presence or am I still in denial? Was this real love? Yet whatever it was,was tugging on my heart when I was near him. Even the hug from yesternight seemed to beat loud as thunder. There,the princesses mess is all cleaned. He stood up and did a jokingly bow. I shook my head.It was your fault to begin with! I wanted to laugh when I saw his face become a frown. Little did he know I was just simply messing with him. My fault? It was you who was taken aback by my presence! He made his face appear sad as if a child lost his favorite toy.Am I really that hideous my lady? My face began to smile and it began hard keeping the seriousness in my voice,Aye you are! A troll who breeded with an orc and that stench! I held my nose and waved my hand through the air. Laughing he walked closer to me, he took a sniff from me.Elinore! When was the last time you had a bath?! I folded my arms and playfully glared at him.As if a bath was important to me right now! He mocked my physical position.Then if you do not give yourself a bath then I will have to force you to. No sooner than the words come out his mouth as he blushed.I did not mean it like that... I laughed at him.It is fine. I understand what you were trying to say. What are you two doing at this time of night? Hodd had enter the room now. Our lady here made a mess that is all Hodd. Apparently I scared her. He smirked at me and made his way to the door.I bid you both farewells and I shall see you in the morning. Then he left. What a bright spirit he has in such times as these. Hodd said sitting down in a chair. Aye that he does. Something that is well needed. I said as my eyes still laid upon the door as if Turon was still there. Just as you give hope to the people,he gives happiness. I felt Hodds eyes watch me as he spoke. Where was he going with this? I already knew how Turon felt toward me,the only thing I did not know was how I felt truly. I returned silence as I walked and sat in front of him. Hodd looked at my weary face, he knew I was tired yet he kept talking.He has feelings for you Elinore, and not the kind that should be taken lightly. The boy would lay down his life to show that he loves you. How do you know of that? I blinked at him in disbelief. It is one thing to say something and another to do it, as I am sure you understand. Aye, but Elinore I have been on this world longer than you. I have seen..realized things that you could not in your mortal life. Well what would have been your mortal life. He stood up and walked to one of the shelves and pulled out a book. I watched as he flipped through the pages.What are you getting at Hodd? There will be a child of man, a girl. She will have black and brownish hair with eyes blue as the sky itself. Her appearance would be that of any girl of man until one day her ears will have points as the elves have on their ears. She will be half-elven. He then placed the book open in front of me, letting me read it. Turon knows that you are like Elrond. You will have the right to go to the Undying Lands when your time calls. It will kill him if you leave before he passes on. He sat down again.Yet the boy does not know that the magic in him prolongs his life until the dark lord destroys him. But what if we defeat the dark lord before that day comes? I asked him,clearly I felt for Turons life. That can not be answered yet Elinore. I sense that you love him as well,yet you are still in debate. An argument between your mind and your heart is left for you to decide which one wins. If you are the true Elinore that I have heard so much about, you will pick the right choice. He bid me farewell for he himself went to bed as well and I was left there alone contemplating on what he had said.
