I wonder what would happen if people end their search for happiness and start being happy. Yes, I believe it’s just that simple. It seems we spend a great deal of time trying to fill our lives with things we believe will complete us rather than focus on what’s already there. The happiest of people are the ones who recognize and appreciate the resources available to them. The saddest of people often look elsewhere; outside themselves, outside their relationships and often outside their principles; they seek something greater… Not realizing that greatness is already within their grasp. Maybe it’s time to declare that the search is over. Perhaps we need to restate our mission; that its no longer a search for happiness mission, but a rescue and recovery.
