I wonder when Crypton is going to stop trying to make Miku and - TopicsExpress

I wonder when Crypton is going to stop trying to make Miku and Vocaloid a thing in the west. Theyve been going at it for years and have had no success. Americans just dont have the same mindset that Japan does when it comes to things like this, nor will they ever because itll always be unfathomable to them that music can be created, listened to, and enjoyed from something that isnt a from human being. I feel like the whole Letterman/MikuExpo thing was their final nail in the coffin. I can understand why theyd want to try and make her a thing over here, but like with Letterman, they keep going about it the wrong way. They keep showing terrible songs like Sharing the World, which majorly turns people away. If they want to show Miku off in English use a song like Glass Wall. Its a good song, it portrays a message people can relate to, and for an English Miku song it sounds fantastic. https://youtube/watch?v=olRbG-9mfa0 Sharing the world was a train wreck, the lyrics were awful and the mixing and composition were a complete mess. BIGHEAD probably has nowhere near such knowledge when it comes to producing music. Even if BIGHEAD and Elekitel are connected like the tenuous documentation suggests, they are both freshman producers. Why Crypton decided to approve the creation of a major concert theme by a producer who had no track record is beyond me. A better option would have been to get someone like CirCrush to do the music, because they can at least make English Miku NOT sound like a garbled mess. https://youtube/watch?v=0-LysJT-XNw
