I wondered greatly why UN which are designated self that is the keeper of the peace the world that have such protection does not result in violations Activities by individuals over innocent people who can not afford resisted , such as nonviolence protesting in early Cambodia was subjected to oppression harshly by authorities ? Therefore UN have any effective to ensure the liberty to protesters has been provided ? Here, I wish to give you a few suggestions for peaceful key as follow : 1-the world may have only one doctrine to control all country followed, the formula shall be democratic plus which better communist and will be last new one doctrine through approval by 2 of 3 sound methodology in UN council. 2-Hold 2 of 3 in UN council to hold any leader from each country such found who has acts violence; destruction nation; deforestation; etc.. to accountable as soon as possible at International court. 3-All UN representative at country membership must be the top power controlling role.
