I wondered if any of you could sponsor me! As part of the Karate where i go to every Tuesday they are having a sponsored event to raise funds for a local Charity called Pea Pods which is a charity that supports Parents of Children who have Physical disabilities. On 22nd April i will have to do 20 Tonne Ups which is basically a series of 10 sets of 10 exercises such as sit ups, press ups, squat trusts, punches and kicks etc. It will be very intense but a real challenge.
