I wont be sending out Christmas cards this year, but want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas, and a wonderful 2015!! Its been a mixed year for us, with several medical challenges, but with many positives. Billy has a wonderful girlfriend, Julie, who moved in to help us. Shes a sweetheart!! I have a wonderful boyfriend, Randy, who is a sweetheart as well!! We feel very blessed to have these two special people in our lives this year!! We still have our cat Rufus, and have a kitten named Lucky, who has definitely been an interesting addition to our family, since hes as fresh as he is cute!! Weve made some wonderful friends here in Kentucky, but do miss our family and friends in Massachusetts!! Last week, I had a third surgery on my broken arm, using a bone graft from my pelvis. Hoping and praying that this surgery works!! Billy continues to have nerve and incisional pain from his surgery in August, but had steroid injections yesterday to try and calm that down. Once hes recovered enough from this left side, he has to have the same surgery on the right. To put it mildly, he is NOT looking forward to this!!! But, for both of us, it could be a whole lot worse!! We will recover and get our lives back! Its just a matter of time. I wish everyone a happy and healthy holiday, and a wonderful 2015!!!
