Manufacturing engineers and die-makers create the mold, send it to the plastics factory. They create prototypes and send back for approval. Samples are sent to market research. They bring in teams of families with children, and review their opinions. The public relations team creates news releases and take product photos. Graphic designers do the packaging. Lawyers review the product to ensure no copyright infringement. Insurance pros write loss policies for shipping loss and lawsuits. Marketing managers create profit/loss statements and marketing plans. Sales pros meet with Walmart, Amazon, Target and others. All approve the purchase. Webmasters create web pages with shopping cart for online buying. Social media teams post images and promos. And, not ONCE did a single individual step up and say, Wait, it looks like a ... Amazing.
