I work for a chiropractor and have a patient who comes to me once or twice a week. He complains of a lightening type pain in a localized spot on his sacrum (literally right at the tippy top of his butt crack) I have used stretching techniques, trigger point, deep tissue (although he cant handle very deep work) you name it and he just always has a constant pain of 2/10 to 3/10 daily! Any suggestions or has anyone dealt with something similar before? Ive been seeing him for months and chiropractic and massage just dont seem to be helping :(
