I work hard enough so I like to take the family to dinner every now and then. Nicholas likes steak just like his daddy and the ribeye is our preferred cut. We also like the prime rib because it has that juice au jus. We decided on Hibatchi tonight and as usual, Nick orders steak and I decided to treat myself and order filet mignon. When it was done Nick asked to try it and he said that it was better than his but he thought that I ordered fish . For the person saying wow expensive taste, not a problem. He may order it at a steak restaurant and he will quickly notice the difference between 8oz and 16 oz.
