I work in an industry that Requires Great Customer Service! Im very proud of that fact and I take it to heart! Treat people the way you expect to be treated! Today I got the best customer service Ive ever experienced in this town! I went to the Publix in South Daytona, was looking over the fried chicken selection, an associate of the store walked over and said, Ive got fresh fried chicken coming up in 2 minutes, if you want to continue shopping Ill bring you a fresh box 2 minutes later this young kid come running up to me to bring me my chicken, and he was smiling!!! As I was checking out it started to pour down rain, the manager walked behind me as I stood outside wondering how I could run and not trip while holding bags of groceries! I mumbled, I wish my kid was here to grab my car... The manager waved another kid down, and told him to get my car.... (which was only 50 yards away) I gave him my keys and watched him run thru the down pour. ... He drove my car right to the curb! And smiled as he said, Id love for someone to do the same for me one day! The manager shook his hand and said good job son, thats customer service!
