I work with the public, and I have a high threshold for BS, but today my limit of BS is FULL so I am just going to say this: I know the Kill BUYERS charge to much for these horses. BUT this is the catch, the KB dont care. They think we are all a bunch of bleeding hearts that will pay their high prices, and if we dont than obliviously we bleeding hearts are all talk and no action. THAT is what they think. I know it is, but I dont care. I have bought two horses from them myself, just to save them AND I knew I was paying to much. This is what it comes down to: ITS NOT THE HORSES FAULT. IT IS NOT THEIR FAULT that they got put in this situation. IT IS NOT THEIR FAULT that they got bought by a KILL BUYER. SOMETIMES life just SUCKS. AND its not fair. BUT when is LIFE EVER FAIR??? SO if you are going to make comments about the prices being too high, and say STUPID things like If prices were that high for Kill Horses I would take a bunch of horses to slaughter myself, do us all a favor... and dont. If you believe in taking horses to slaughter you OBVIOUSLY dont belong on this page. When you buy one of these horses, you are not getting a good deal you are SAVING A LIFE!! To some of us that is more important. If I wanted to give people a good deal then I would become a freaking horse trader. I am not a horse trader, I am trying to save these horses and give them a chance, because their owners sold them out. PERIOD. AND no, me making 40 dollars off these horses doesnt cover my time, or their feed, or the wormer, and whatever else I do for them, BUT that is why I work THREE jobs. I decided that a life lived just to profit myself was no life for me, instead I wanted to give back, and for me I do that through saving horses. BELIEVE me I get tired of it. I own like two pairs of underwear (yes I said it) BUT in the end it is worth it. IS the horse going to thank me, No, BUT I did the right thing, because it was the right thing to do, and when I go to bed at night I KNOW that I have made the world a little better. AND that is worth more to me than making any kind of profit. AND maybe, just maybe one of my children will see me making a little difference in the world and they will want to make a difference in the world and a lot of little differences can add up to a lot. Ok, I am done. If I offended some I am sorry, but I am worried that these horses are not going to find a home. And sometimes I just gotta say what I think.
