I worked all day at the law office. I gave two TV interviews regarding the water re-use project on the Council agenda for tomorrow night. Councilmember Harris joined with Councilmember Okray asking for me to be publicly reprimanded by the Council for failure to follow Roberts Rules of Order and the Council protocol rules. He sent an email to all councilmembers. I trust that is not a violation of the Open Meetings Act. I seem to recall our class that we were not to communicate with the entire Council by email or phone on any issues.
