I worked for years in restauraunts... I must have washed my hands on average at least 10 times a day. especially after handling items such as raw chicken/fish/meats. I also made sure when washing my hands to dry them, and use hand sanitizer before preparing any food. common practice. I dont understand why you need to implement a glove law. lots of people are allergic to latex, or its derivatives.. not to mention its a huge waste if proper hand washing is used.
